Description
Montreal was built originally as a trade centre, with large trucks and the railroad being the successors to the river barges and large canoes. Trucks brought everything to everybody. Paint colours and design were an important part of advertising.Just think of the Pom Bakeries, and Eaton's colours. These were all part of the advertising world of Montreal. The GMC, Chevrolet, International, Red, Diamond,Ford, White, and all the rest kept montreal on the move.
