Description
The first Montreal Forum, the icon of ice hockey, before it was rebuilt in 1968. The home of 25 Stanley Cups, on St. Catherine Street, corner of Atwater. The scene depicted is 1960, with the vehicles being late 1940's. After the Canadiens had a new arena built about 2 miles to the East, the relic was turned in to a multi use cinema complex, with various restaurants. But, Elvis and the hockey ghosts have left the building, never winning a Stanley cup in the 25 years since the move.
